The intelligent chuck production line has been put into production.

Recently, Qingdao Kefeile's intelligent chuck production line, which cost over 6 million yuan and took half a year to build, has been officially put into operation. This production line operates without human intervention. Through the close cooperation of 5 robots, 10 CNC machine tools, and an automatic assembly line, the entire machining process of chuck bodies is completed. The whole process can be finished within 8 minutes, and it can produce 2,000 chuck bodies per month. This will effectively ease the current tight market situation where the demand for chucks far exceeds the supply.
